He has been awarded a PhD in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur and has an M.S. in Counseling & Psychotherapy from Kuvempu University. He has completed FDP at IIM Bangalore. He has been associated with Pentasoft Technologies Ltd. and was instrumental in bringing out a 100% job-guaranteed program - First of its kind in India at the International Academy of Computer Graphics in Collaboration with JNTU, Hyderabad.  He is a certified Career Analyst & Coach and has conducted several training programs on Self Transformation and Careers. He is certified with T. Harv Eker’s “Train The Trainer” and trained by Blair Singer-International Trainer.  He has participated in various national and International seminars & conferences and workshops and published research papers in various reputed National and International journals.  He has developed the Campus Mentoring and Career Boot Camp program for the student's holistic development and future readiness.  He is a member of the All India Management Association, the Indian Society for Technical Education and the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers.  He is highly interested in Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Behavior, HRD, Entrepreneurship & Campus Incubator Development etc.  Under his guidance, Ten candidates were awarded Ph.D. and another two research scholars are under supervision.  He is a visiting faculty for the MBA in Technology Management and PhD research program at Osmania University, Hyderabad and has been invited by various organizations as a guest lecturer/conference panel member.  He has been associated with the Federation for Training & Placements Officers (FTPO) as a convener for the Telangana & Andhra Pradesh region and Director for the Confederation of Indian MSME (CIMSME) for Youth Empowerment.
