I’m Dr. Janhvee Prakash Kale, a medical professional by background and an MBA graduate from IIM Indore. My journey has been far from linear from studying medicine and working in healthcare to taking the leap into management and pursuing my MBA from IIM Indore. Moving from medicine to management meant stepping into a completely new world, learning from scratch, adapting to a different environment, and figuring out where my healthcare experience could fit into the corporate world. Today, I work in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, and continue to explore the intersection of healthcare, people and management.
