If you’re struggling in your fertility journey, I can mentor you with the following:

• Understand your medical history and body parameters and then guide you about the best treatment option for you
• Help you analyse your medical reports
• Provide you with tips to conceive naturally along with general dietary guidance (what to include and avoid in your diet while trying to conceive) which will enhance your chances of conceiving and nurturing a healthy pregnancy for 9 months. It will also have some lifestyle changes which you and your husband needs to follow in this journey)
• If you're planning to go for IUI or IVF, will provide techniques to maximise the chances of success with the same

Other important points about the session:

1. This coaching session will be over 20-30 minutes call.
2. General dietary guidance will have many options to switch and swap. You need to follow the guidance till you conceive. If any of your medical report needs amendment in diet after our session, it will be communicated to you over text. (for example, you check for thyroid after the call and share the reports with me, I will communicate what all changes you need to make in your current diet if your TSH,T3 or T4 levels are NOT in optimal range).
