As a professional I am an Educationist working as the Associate Professor and Dean, Corporate & Industry Relations at United Group of Institutions that gives me an edge to focusing on nurturing organizational talent through strategic initiatives and thought leadership. Thanks to a deep understanding of the interplay between industry demands and educational management, I've successfully driven culture change and enhanced professional growth within the organisation and HR community. With formal degrees in the areas of Science , Education and Management along with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry, I find myself competent and skilled in Organizational Development, Educational management and administration, Leadership, Capacity building, Research & development and Career Counselling. With more than a decade experience of working at the Corporate Relations Centre at United Group of Institutions, our team has successfully cultivated a robust talent management framework and championed culture change initiatives. My role has allowed me to apply strategic thinking to enhance corporate partnerships and develop talent at an organizational level. As a seasoned professional in education management, my mission intertwines with leading culture change, informed by years of experience and a Ph.D. in Studies in Coordination Compounds. At the helm of NHRDN as its Founding President, my focus is on fostering leadership development and driving strategic thinking within the HR community.
