Certified Chartered Engineer (I), A.M.I.E. in Civil Engineering & M.E. in Structural Engineering with Seven years of industry experience as a practicing Structural Engineer. Having demonstrated experience leading small to moderately sized teams of structural engineers and managing projects. Experience with using design software for structural analysis (ETABS, RAM, STAAD Pro, etc.) and operation of 2D, 3D and BIM software like AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp. Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team environment. Having design experience on a diverse array of projects through all phases of design and construction. Demonstrable expertise in specific types of structures using structural steel, RCC and composite structures. Experience with BIS Indian standards & knowledge in ACI & EU code specifications and seismic analysis is a big plus. Experience in seismic design and analysis (code-based, nonlinear response history analysis, seismically isolated structures), performance-based design, wind and seismic force lateral resisting systems, serviceability (deflections /drifts/vibrations), assessment and retrofit of existing buildings (ASCE 41) & foundation systems.
