Anu Dalal is a postdoctoral scientist at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), where she develop chemical leads for potential therapeutics or tools to modulate biological targets. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where she conducted research on the asymmetric synthesis of bioactive natural products and computer-aided drug design. She is an alumna of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry Postgraduate Summer School, and has served as a Humanitarian Affairs Peace Ambassador in 2020. Dalal is passionate about mentoring, teaching, science communication & science policies and is an active member of SACNAS and the Royal Chemical Society of Chemistry.
