For 30 years I've sat inside the rooms where people decisions get made — across pharma, energy, IT and manufacturing, from the factory floor to the boardroom. I've built HR functions from scratch, scaled them through hypergrowth, hired entire leadership teams, settled union disputes, and presented people strategy to boards. Somewhere in there I earned a Ph.D. in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from XLRI, because I wanted to prove with research what I already knew from the corridor. I coach senior professionals and HR leaders on career strategy, leadership presence, and the decisions that don't have clean answers. I'm an ICF-certified coach, a Psychologist, and my case work is published by Harvard and Ivey.
