What is included ?
- Onboarding call ( 20-30 mins ) to understand your problems, needs & desires.
- Custom made 5 week training plan based on your training history.
- Detailed video tutorials.
- Nutrition guidance.
- Training app access to track performance.
What will you need ?
- You can train at home doing bodyweight exercises.
- You can train at the gym.
- You can even train using just a pair of dumbbells.
Based on the equipment availability, your coach shall program your workouts.
How many days do you need to workout ?
We would recommend you to train a minimum of 3 days,
but this can be customised as per your needs and time constrains.
How long will the workouts take ?
Our recommendations : Atleast 60 mins / day.
But if you want to tapper down the time frame due to work / other commitments, then you just gotta let your coach know.
How shall we track our progress ?
We get on weekly check ins to measure the following :
- Bodyweight
- Body Measurements
- Photos
- Energy levels & recovery
- Performance
Is the coach going to check your form ?
This is a remote coaching plan.
The coach wouldn't physically be present when you're training.
But you can shoot videos while you train and send it to us so that we can review your form and effort levels and give you feedback.
What's the duration of this program ?
This is a 30 day plan.
You can renew the membership once you find our service valuable.
