Having worked in the IT industry for ~16 years, I have had the experience of being an integral part of some of the most time critical and budget constrained projects – which have eventually gone on to help customer gain millions of dollars in additional revenue. Additionally, had extensive experience of working with cross-functional teams and ensuring team goals are achieved on time. Simultaneously, played a key role in building and growing teams to deliver highly successful projects, which in turn also created a great work camaraderie. In addition, I have played an active role in ensuring people of varied backgrounds are focused and feel connected to the overall goal we are working towards when working in a product or a project.
