I switched to an in-house role after spending 8 yrs in the corporate legal advisory and consulting field. Being a commerce and law graduate, qualifed CS and Certified CSR Professional and Certified Restructuring Professional, I hold strong experience of nearly a decade into the field of corporate advisory and consultancy w.r.t. company law, RBI regulations/directions, FEMA, NBFCs, HFCs, securities law, insolvency laws along with handling secretarial compliances. My exposure runs from planning to implementation of key projects in above areas. Drafting of deeds, agreements etc. is my another forte.
