About me
Hi, I’m Diya Jain, a counselling psychologist with an MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, passionate about supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. I specialise in working with individuals (ages 15-35) and strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
In my practice, I integrate various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also bring a trauma-informed lens, which emphasises safety, trust, and empowerment in the therapeutic process. This perspective allows me to meet my clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and fostering resilience.
My approach is grounded in acceptance, creativity, and empathy. I aim to make therapy relatable and tailored to your needs.
Together, we'll create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're navigating challenges or pursuing personal growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
