I had a great conversation with Diya. She is a great listener. I was able to ask all the questions that I had in my mind regarding Social Impact Consulting. Diya helped me identify the keywords that the Talent Acquisition team looks for in a candidate's Resume. She suggested some sectors/ organisations that I should target as a priority in order to slowly transition towards impact consulting sector. She also highlighted the must-have skills and functional competencies for impact consulting roles. She was kind enough to help me navigate through relevant portals where I can acquire/ learn them. Additionally, she guided me as to how I should structure my Resume, keeping in mind that I have 4 years gap due to Civil Services preparation. Lastly, she also helped realign my salary expectations from the consulting sector in case I succeed in bridging my gaps in skills and reaching the salary negotiation stage. I feel confident in recommending Diya's services to someone willing to know more about a suitable structure of a resume for consulting roles, types of organisations to target, how to reach out to them, where to apply and the salary expectations for entry/ mid-level roles.
Really helpful inputs given by Diya to help me pivot into social impact consulting space. I come from a policy, research space and wanted some guidance on how to break into impact consulting. Her detailed feedback on my resume, applications and prospects were very helpful
