I had a great conversation with Diya. She is a great listener. I was able to ask all the questions that I had in my mind regarding Social Impact Consulting. Diya helped me identify the keywords that the Talent Acquisition team looks for in a candidate's Resume. She suggested some sectors/ organisations that I should target as a priority in order to slowly transition towards impact consulting sector. She also highlighted the must-have skills and functional competencies for impact consulting roles. She was kind enough to help me navigate through relevant portals where I can acquire/ learn them. Additionally, she guided me as to how I should structure my Resume, keeping in mind that I have 4 years gap due to Civil Services preparation.
