Neha has over 12 years of experience in various functional and HR leadership roles in organizations like Amazon, Myntra and Simpl, providing leadership for people and culture priorities while supporting rapid business growth. Her extensive experience is working with CXOs / large leaders across different functions & geographies to deliver results on people strategy, talent management, driving large scale changes, leadership coaching, building a talent brand. Her strategic thought process mixed with an entrepreneurial approach was appreciated when she was named in the Winners Club of Jombay 1000 Women Leader Program of 2023. She is passionate about building inclusive workplaces where people feel trusted, valued and appreciated. And has helmed and scaled the diversity and inclusion practices in multiple organizations including career return-ship programs for women, design and launch of benefits and policies. Her contributions to field of DEI have been recognized by HRAI when they named her amongst the noteworthy DEI professionals in India alongwith multiple laurels for Simpl and Myntra for their DEI practices in 2022 and 2023. She is also on path to get her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur.
