Over 18 years of experience diversified across industries, product portfolios and locations, handling key managerial and leadership positions across different functions – sales, business development, operations, P&L at middle and senior levels. Have led teams of over 80 and achieved sales of over INR 90 Cr. in newly set-up organizations. Core strengths are people development, problem solving and execution. A self-motivated executive with attention to detail and ability to learn and assimilate task requirements quickly. Strong sense of ownership for organizational objectives and ability to retain focus and lead teams with discipline and a sense of humour even in chaotic work situations. A lifelong commitment to learning has helped me in achieving success in these diverse roles and that is what I intend to bring to all my future roles too - stay curious, learn-it-all and contribute. On a personal level, I like to run, read and spend time with my family at home. As and when time permits, we also go on long drives, and I love to be the family driver.
