Currently I am working in BPM practice at Accenture Strategy. My projects have been focused around process re-engineering. Completed my PGP in management from ISB. Previously, I have worked as a Consultant at Syneos Health (formerly Kinapse), a life sciences consulting firm. Gained experience in performance management, diagnostics, benchmarking, organisational assessment, resource modelling, change management, vendor management and dashboard development. Coordinated campus recruitment activities, new-joiners onboarding, Clinical Operations service line activities and internal communication initiatives. I believe in setting smart goals and enjoying challenges. Innovating everyday by small attempts towards increasing relevance and simplicity.
