From Civil Engineering to a premium software engineering role at Infosys — my journey has been built on learning, persistence, and constantly pushing beyond my starting point. I’m a Java & Spring Boot Developer with 5 years of experience. I started my IT career as a fresher through Infosys’ mass hiring program, and later cleared the highly competitive Power Programmer bridge, transitioning into a premium engineering role. Since then, I’ve worked on enterprise projects involving Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, WebFlux, REST APIs, Kafka and MongoDB, with exposure to Premium Product based Clients. I’ve also successfully cleared multiple lateral interviews and job opportunities, giving me practical experience in technical preparation, resume building, career transitions and compensation discussions. Through Topmate, I want to help freshers, non-CS graduates breaking into tech, and Java developers preparing for their next career move — with practical guidance based on my own journey.
