Divya works as a financial consultant in the M&A advisory space and has worked with multiple start-ups, large corporates, private equity and venture capital firms for fund-raising / M&A services. Key sectors covered are SaaS, Fintech, Education, Agri, HRtech, and IT amongst others. I started my career from audit where I learned fundamental finance and then moved to strategy and due diligence where I developed core understanding of how business finance worked. I have worked with founders, CXOs and investors to provide great value add to them beyond diligence - whether it was revenue leakages, revenue and cost optimisations and cleaning up of balance sheets.
