As the CFO of the Indian branch of MBA Consult, I oversee the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational KPIs, P&L analyses and forecasts, pricing system, and financial reporting. I also support the tendering and operation teams in establishing and managing contracts with clients and vendors. I leverage my skills in financial results, corporate finance, and data strategy to ensure compliance with the financial targets set by the holding company and to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities. I have successfully led several initiatives to improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the finance function and the company.
