With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a Senior Account Technology Strategist at Microsoft Canada, specializing in Public Safety and Justice. My mission is to enable and empower my clients to leverage cloud, data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and DevOps to achieve their digital transformation goals and deliver impactful solutions. As a passionate leader, I have managed and mentored teams of up to 40 members, delivering multiple services across different industries, including telecom, banking, insurance, products, airlines, automobiles, mining, and resources. I excel in understanding and addressing customer business challenges through strategic architecture, fostering innovation as a collaborative partner. In my current role at Microsoft, I spearhead technology thought leadership and sales initiatives, fostering customer digital transformation by orchestrating collaborative sessions that leverage Microsoft solutions for strategic success. I am proactive in understanding customer industries, business strategies, and key partnerships, collaborating with internal industry experts to enhance customer outcomes.
