I’m a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with 4+ years of extensive clinical experience and a background as a former faculty member at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. I provide online psychotherapy services to individuals facing relationship and mental health challenges. I follow an integrative approach, drawing from a diverse array of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and acceptance-based practices.
