About me

👋 Hey its me Dishani. I am a 25-year-old product enthusiast based in NYC. In 2017, I started my bachelors with triple majors in Eco, Math, and Stats in Bengaluru, India. I started my first masters in statistics and data science in Belgium at the age of 21, which marked the beginning of my break into tech. Studying at a world top university and experiencing international student life has been a special achievement for me. I have since then worked many dream jobs in the data & strategy teams of companies across Europe. In March 2023, I was awarded the best master thesis honor by the European Commission for my innovative research contribution to statistics. Alongside that, presenting at the Royal Statistical Society is one of the key highlights of my career. Now I am pursuing my second Masters at NYU in the fall of 2024. My constant focus has been lifelong learning and personal and professional growth. When I look back, the last 7 years have been uniquely satisfying, and I feel I am at a place where my experiences can bring some perspective to you, if you are on a similar journey.
