A strong PM profile is not created by simply improving bullets or adding more metrics. It requires understanding your unique strengths, the roles you are targeting, and how to position your experience in a way that resonates with hiring managers.

Having built products for nearly two decades, interviewed PM candidates across levels, and helped professionals reposition themselves for different PM opportunities, I bring a practical hiring-manager perspective to your profile.

This is a high-touch engagement designed to help you craft a compelling PM narrative.

The process includes:

1. Initial 30-minute discussion

  • Understand your career journey, strengths, and target roles
  • Discuss your current resume, LinkedIn profile, and positioning challenges
  • Align on the narrative we want to build

2. Detailed written feedback

  • Deep feedback on structure, storytelling, clarity, and impact
  • Recommendations on how to position your experience for your target roles

3. Iterative asynchronous reviews

  • 2–3 rounds of feedback as you incorporate changes
  • Refine your resume for up to two target PM narratives (for example: Growth PM and AI PM)

We will work on:

  • Your overall PM career narrative
  • How to highlight product strategy, ownership, and impact
  • Translating domain expertise into relevant PM strengths
  • Aligning your profile to the expectations of your target roles
  • Avoiding common mistakes that make strong candidates appear weaker

This is not a quick resume critique or a generic template exercise. The goal is to build a profile that authentically reflects your strengths and strategically positions you for the PM opportunities you want to pursue.
