Empathy is my superpower — and I apply it across Product, Information, and Communication Design. With 20 years of experience spanning academia, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, HR, and finance, I bring a uniquely well-rounded lens to solving real-world problems.
I don’t just design solutions — I have lived the problems. I have been the end user of the very systems I help create. My experience covers both B2B and B2C ecosystems, and I regularly mentor teams, conduct workshops, and teach an information design course titled “Communicating with Data.”
What shaped this journey?
Parenting twins has been one of the most humbling leadership lessons of my life. The second? Founding a digital cloud-based laundromat from scratch. Both taught me resilience, iteration, and the critical role of empathy in experience design. I ran that business with a simple mantra: the customer is the ultimate CEO. Finally IIM C helped shape my Communication Design framework.
I believe high-performing teams thrive when they think like professional sports teams — leaning into individual strengths, embracing failure as learning, and playing for collective wins.
