I’ve always struggled to relate to the conventional education system. Not because I lacked ability - but because I was curious in directions that didn’t fit neatly into predefined paths. Back in college, instead of locking myself into a single track, I spent years exploring different careers and roles to understand what actually felt aligned. Over time, I worked across data analysis, product management, data science, software engineering, and DevOps - not just academically, but hands-on. Professionally, I started as a Product Analyst, moved into Product Management, later took on the role of VP of Product, and eventually became a CTO. Along the way, I’ve built entire software systems end-to-end on my own - from problem definition to execution. What I’ve consistently noticed, though, is this: career clarity comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve conducted 100+ career-counselling sessions, helping people make sense of their interests, strengths, doubts, and internal conflicts - and translating that clarity into practical career direction. I don’t believe most people are “confused” or “unskilled.” I believe they’re simply misaligned. My goal is to help you understand how you think, what energizes you, and where you naturally belong - so you can stop forcing paths that don’t fit and start building a career that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
