I'm Dinesh Mannari, a Data Scientist at Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington and an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, where I'm completing my Master's degree in Computer Science, graduating in May 2024. My passion for software development and data science is rooted in a strong foundation of applied algorithms, machine learning, and data mining, complemented by a diverse technical skill set across programming languages and technologies such as C++, C#, Python, SQL, Java, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform. In my current role, I have the privilege of working under Dr. Brad Fulton, developing a data pipeline for advanced modeling and analytics. This includes implementing innovative knowledge graphs for personalized user recommendations, a testament to my commitment to leveraging data for impactful insights. My experience as an Associate Instructor allows me to share my knowledge, guiding students through the complexities of machine learning with a hands-on approach. Previously, I've had the opportunity to apply my skills in various capacities, including as an Application Developer Intern at Kent Displays and a Software Developer at IKS Healthcare and Ingram Micro, where I developed applications that significantly improved operational efficiencies and security measures. I am eager to explore new opportunities where I can contribute to and grow within the fields of software development and data science.
