About me
Experienced Solution Architect at Virtusa. I have been working in ServiceNow for the past 10 Years and CTA certified, worked on ITSM, App Engine and CSM implementations majorly. I am also a ServiceNow community MVP 2025 and Rising Star 2023/2024. I am part of community Keynote speaker with mark Obee. I have shared multiple ServiceNow implementations articles and videos across community/social media (LinkedIn and YouTube) which is useful to many ServiceNow folks. I also participated and presented in ServiceNow meetup's related to ServiceNow implementation topics.
Personally, I am interested in playing cricket, listening to songs, travelling on my bike and writing ServiceNow articles.
I have a big family, Me (Dinesh Kumar Raghu), My wife (Raghu Shravani) and my cute baby (Raghu Lekshana Sannidi) and parents, siblings.
