These 1:1 Self-Enquiry Sessions are a private space to bring whatever is unfolding in your life and look at it together through conversation, awareness and contemplative inquiry.

We may explore emotional confusion, inner restlessness, relationship struggles, questions around purpose, spiritual seeking, or simply a feeling of being disconnected from yourself. Rather than looking for ready-made answers, we gently look beneath the surface to understand the patterns, assumptions and identifications shaping your experience.

My work is rooted in Vedanta, but you don't need any prior knowledge of Vedanta or self-enquiry. You simply need to come as you are.
