Dilnawaz is the Founder of Codesign Labs and Power Deck. He is also a Subject Matter Expert on Pitch Decks, Startup Fundraising and Lean Startups. Dilnawaz is a renowned public speaker and has delivered several keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions at more than 300+ national-level startup and business conferences and events along with forums like TEDx, Josh Talks, etc. Alongside running Codesign Labs and Power Deck, he acts as an Advisor at various academic institutions where he supports them with the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem focusing on student entrepreneurship and innovation. He has a special inclination towards the creator economy and has also been chosen as a part of India's First “LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program”. Dilnawaz has previously worked with Unitus Seed Fund as a consultant and as an organizer with Rajasthan Startup Fest, Startup Weekend, Angel Hack, and various such other programs of national and international repute. By profession, he is an engineer, who founded a digital design agency in the early years of his career. Later, he went to join Startup Oasis – the first-ever technology business incubator in Rajasthan which was a joint initiative of RIICO and CIIE IIM-Ahmedabad. In the early days of Startup Oasis, he worked as a Manager - Business Development & Program Coordinator where he was responsible for creating and conducting Entrepreneurship, Skills Development and Ecosystem Development Programs for Students, Aspiring and Full Time Entrepreneurs. Dilnawaz also managed and ran a couple of accelerator programs, pitching bootcamps and conducted demo days facilitating fundraising for startups. He was amongst the first team members at Startup Oasis and thus he has played an integral role in building the Startup Ecosystem in Rajasthan. Dilnawaz is a Passionate Learner, an Avid Reader, a Mentor, and an Entrepreneur who is always on a quest to explore and build new things.
