I work at ServiceNow, where I leverage my 8 years of experience in data science, machine learning and product analytics to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. I have a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. In my previous roles, I have worked with various industries, including e-commerce, ed-tech, and mobility, and built and deployed multiple machine learning models, product recommendation engines, and predictive analytics. I have also been part of the startup ecosystem in India, working with two unicorns, one personal stint, and several consulting projects. My mission is to learn how data can make a difference to the world and to build next-gen utility products that solve real problems.
