I'm a Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), working with the UK Public Sector. I help organisations modernise infrastructure, optimise their cloud operations, and unlock new possibilities through cloud, IoT, and emerging technologies. Before AWS, I was with Accenture, where I worked across large-scale digital transformation projects — an experience that shaped my problem-solving mindset and gave me a solid foundation in delivering business-critical tech solutions. I’m passionate about digital transformation, cloud operations, and driving infrastructure innovation in emerging markets. Outside of work, I’m a mentor and career coach, actively supporting students and early-career professionals through the QMentor program at Queen Mary University. I believe in the power of sharing knowledge and helping others navigate their way into the tech world. I’ve also published papers on chatbot development and social network analysis, and I’m always exploring how emerging tech can tackle real-world challenges.
