I have extensive professional experience in the field of operations management in the automotive and medical industries. Currently, I am working as Head of Logistics at Eemagine Medical Imaging Solutions GmbH in Berlin, where I am providing forward-thinking leadership and direction to Supply Chain Management in Purchasing, Transportation, Inbound and Outbound Management, and Warehousing divisions that deliver best practice results. My focus is always continuous improvements of operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity while improving the P&L of the logistics operations by finding ways to reduce cost drivers and moving towards sustainability by lean methodologies.
