Talent Management Intern (Remote)

Want to break into influencer marketing and talent management? Join DigiChakra360 and get hands-on experience discovering creators, building partnerships, managing campaigns, and working with real brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and shortlist creators based on niche, audience, engagement, content, and brand fit.
• Reach out to creators through Instagram, Email, WhatsApp & Creator Platforms.
• Build creator relationships, conduct follow-ups, and qualify talent for campaigns.
• Coordinate creator onboarding, deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign communication.
• Track creator performance including reach, views, engagement, likes, comments & saves.
• Maintain creator databases and support campaign reporting.

Location & Timing: Fully remote and flexible for candidates outside Mumbai. Mumbai candidates must visit our office at least once a month.

You’re a fit if you:

• Communicate confidently and enjoy networking.
• Are comfortable with outreach and relationship building.
• Have an interest in influencer marketing, creators, and digital branding.
• Understand Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
• Are organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Have basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

Internship & Growth:

• ₹2,000–₹5,000/month in target-based incentives during the 3-month internship.
• Structured onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on experience with real campaigns.
• Top performers may receive a full-time opportunity up to ₹3 LPA.
• Potential roles include Creator Partnerships Executive, Influencer Marketing Associate, Talent Partnerships Associate, or Campaign Manager.
