Product management is my passion! I've spent my entire professional career working in digital product, always with a strong user-centric focus. My profile is versatile, with a particular emphasis on empathy (I prioritize UX greatly) and data analysis to pinpoint opportunities that lead to innovative product solutions. I hold a background in computer science and have completed several master's degrees at Instituto Tramontana: UX Research and Product Management. During my time at Xilon Solutions, I had the privilege of building Siweb from the ground up, a B2B website builder with a vast client base in Spain and Latin America. This product swiftly became the company's flagship offering. In my role as Head of Product, I collaborated closely with the CEO and the rest of the C-level team to shape the product's vision. I successfully assembled and led multiple teams, with up to 20 individuals reporting to me, spanning across disciplines such as design, marketing, and engineering. This experience allowed me to develop strong leadership skills. I introduced agile-oriented work processes, which we progressively adapted to our unique context and team dynamics. Furthermore, I conceptualized and launched numerous complementary services that enhanced the value of our primary product. Currently, I am working at Bravo Studio, where I seamlessly transition between roles in Customer Success and Product Management.
