Diana Abreu is a seasoned HR executive and strategic leader in professional and organizational development, with more than 25 years of experience driving talent, leadership, and cultural transformation within Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about developing people and organizations to reach their full potential. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR), an ontological coach, and a certified trainer with Development Dimensions International (DDI). Additionally, she is a Thomas Internationalcertified analyst, with expertise in assessments that measure behavior, aptitude, emotional intelligence, personality, and engagement. Her certifications and expertise allow her to design strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance succession planning, and foster inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, Diana has participated in numerous global events as a guest speaker. She also served for six years as an adjunct professor at Barry University, teaching courses in diversity, human resources, and leadership for the Andreas School of Business and the School of Continuing Education. Beyond her corporate leadership, Diana is deeply committed to giving back. She has collaborated with organizations such as Dress for Success, Red Mundial de Mujeres Emprendedoras Constructoras de Paz (Colombia), Fundación Mejora de la Vida, Miami Dade College School of Business, FIU and Diageo’s Skills for Life Program, and the Women Business Summit, among others—empowering entrepreneurs, supporting women, and expanding access to education and development. Currently, Diana provides fractional HR support to several clients while also developing new projects. In her free time, she serves as the President of Image Models International, an academy dedicated to supporting kids, teens, and adults. Through workshops on communication, interview skills, etiquette, and emotional intelligence, the academy empowers young people with the confidence, resilience, and essential tools they need to succeed.
