Dhwani, a proud alumnus of UNC Charlotte, currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at CVS Pharmacy. She is dedicated to solving complex challenges, ranging from claims adjudication to summarizing clinical notes, while scaling these solutions for greater impact. Over the years, her career has evolved from creating dashboards and conducting in-depth data analyses and experiments to now leading and mentoring teams, as well as developing enterprise-level solutions. Dhwani's expertise in the healthcare domain is exceptional. She has tackled a wide array of data science problems, including classification, regression, clustering, Named Entity Recognition (NER) in Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision. Additionally, she has been actively working with Transformer and Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning them specifically for healthcare applications. In 2021, Dhwani served as an Ambassador for the Women in Data Science (WiDS) community in the Bay Area, where she played a pivotal role in encouraging and educating women to pursue careers in data science and machine learning.
