I currently work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Vedantu, where I worked closely with the leadership team on company-wide strategy, business planning, AI-led operational initiatives, cross-functional execution, and scaling key growth initiatives. The role gave me a front-row seat to building and operating one of India's leading edtech companies at scale. Before Vedantu, I worked in the Founders' Office at Bacca Bucci, partnering closely with the founders on strategy, growth, fundraising, and business expansion. During my time there, I helped build strategic initiatives across the business while supporting the company's rapid growth journey. Alongside my operating roles, I have also worked as a Freelance Consultant, advising founders across sectors on fundraising strategy, investor outreach, financial modelling, business planning, and transaction-related documentation. My experience working with founders, investors, and operators has allowed me to bridge the gap between capital and execution. Earlier in my career, I was part of the Investment Team at Ankur Capital, where I evaluated and executed early-stage investments across sectors such as agriculture, healthcare, and education, while supporting portfolio companies on their growth journeys. Prior to that, I worked with Nucleus Advisors, advising startups on fundraising and strategic transactions, and began my career with KPMG in statutory audit. I graduated from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons.) and secured All India Rank 36 in the CA Intermediate examination. Outside of work, I'm passionate about businesses, startups, travel, endurance sports, and the outdoors. I enjoy running long distances, trekking offbeat trails, surfing, and exploring new places. I also represented my district (Open) and my school at the national level in cricket during my early years.
