Having reviewed hundreds of resumes during my 10+ years of management consulting experience, I believe putting in little effort to improve your resume at the beginning of a job search can pay huge dividends later.

A resume is your "first impression". All recruiters and hiring managers know that a resume is something people spend a lot of time polishing. So every resume you apply with, better be the best resume you've ever prepared, if you really want that job.

In this call, I will extensively review your resume while asking questions to understand your experience and goals, share general tips for having a compelling resume and specific tips to customize your resume for the role you are applying for, suggest tips on how you can make your resume ATS (Applicant-tracking system) friendly, and answer any questions you might have related to your resume.
