I'm currently working as a Global Marketplace Operations Manager for Bolt Food and based out of their headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia. In this role, I manage courier pricing and work on improving last-mile delivery operations across European, African, and Asian markets Before joining Bolt Food, I was part of the Growth team at Dunzo, where I focused on everything from user lifecycle management and crafting go-to-market strategies to handling discount and incentive programs for their quick-commerce and grocery delivery services. I even led initiatives in supply chain, dark store, and delivery operations analytics and data science at Dunzo. Earlier on, I helped launch Toppr's K12 coding vertical (now part of BJYU) as one of the first team members, setting up marketing and sales operations and collaborating closely with the product team on new features. I also spent some time in investment banking, working with a global bulge bracket bank on the global capital markets team. I love tackling new challenges and finding creative solutions across different industries, and I'm always excited to learn and grow.
