Originally an engineering graduate, took up project management by choice and later fascinated by people and processes, got attracted to Agile. Then I discovered, the real thrill was the people portion of it and took up my Psychology learning journey. Coaching felt like a calling, I almost instantaneously knew I belonged to this world.
