From grappling with unsuccessful attempts at the GRE to unlocking the doors of opportunity at Carnegie Mellon University's prestigious MISM program, my journey through the labyrinth of applying for a master's in the US has been a whirlwind of challenges and triumphs! Navigating through periods of confusion, self-doubt, and overwhelming pressure, I persevered, fueled by a relentless pursuit of my dreams. The euphoria that washed over me upon receiving acceptance letters from all 10 universities I applied to was beyond measure. Adding to the jubilation, I was fortunate to be awarded generous scholarships from seven of those institutions. The journey, with its myriad twists and turns, reaffirmed the power of resilience and determination. Now, as I embark on the next chapter of my academic journey at Carnegie Mellon University's MISM program, I am driven to pay it forward.
