I am a research scientist at IBM Research India where I have been working on research problems in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and NLP. I have worked on probablistically modeling of deep generative networks for NLP using techniques such as variational modeling, reinforcement learning and optimization. The problems come from multiple domains including knowledge graphs, conversation/dialog and question answering. This has led to publications in top venues including NeurIPS, EMNLP, IJCAI , ECAI and IJCNLP. Recently I have been involved in research problems in quantum computing and quantum ML. Prior to joining IBM I graduated from IIT Delhi in BTech and MTech in CSE where I stood first amongst all the graduating students in the batch of CSE (dual degree).
