With 13+ years of diverse experience in compliance and ethics, I am a passionate leader who drives ethical conduct and culture across levels and functions. I have worked with various sectors, such as pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, liquor, mining, telecom, and automobile, and have gained extensive knowledge and experience in anti-bribery, anti-corruption, risk management, fraud investigations, training, communication, COI, and audit. Currently, I am the General Manager Compliance at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, where I head the compliance function and adapt the compliance program to the ever-changing regulatory environment. I also support cross-functional requirements, management assurance, and drive compliance policy adaptation, adherence, and development for in-license brands. Some of my major projects include preapproval automation, monitoring framework, data analytics, and risk assessment. I also contribute to thought leadership and recognition in the compliance and ethics domain, by speaking, moderating, and writing on various topics and issues.
