Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience owning the design and evolution of enterprise-scale, product-led platforms in the FinTech and payments domain. I drive architecture decisions that reduce delivery risk, improve system resilience, and enable teams to scale with confidence. At my current organization, I own end-to-end solution architecture for a B2B FinTech product, defining HLD/LLD, non-functional requirements, and architectural guardrails across payments, account statements, and bank status workflows for the DACH region. I proactively eliminate ambiguity before execution, enabling predictable releases and stable production systems. I have designed and scaled greenfield platforms to support enterprise customers, integrating complex financial formats (SEPA, MT, DTAZV) and introducing AI-powered product capabilities such as payment insights, anomaly detection, automatic format identification, and a digital assistant. These initiatives directly improved customer adoption and accelerated enterprise deal closures. Security and reliability are integral to my work. I own security-by-design initiatives, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, penetration testing coordination, and zero-critical-vulnerability release standards. I have also defined business continuity and incident management frameworks to ensure operational readiness and high availability. I work closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and security teams to make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs, balancing scalability, security, and delivery velocity.
