He is very friendly keeping a steady pace throughout the conversation which makes the opposition feel comfortable to convey their opinions and corrects them in a good manner that doesn't offend the opposition. And yes understands what we expect initially and then he makes a pretty much solid map and allocates resources for you too. Overall a chill guy who clearly knows what he's doing.
