15+ years of multi-disciplinary design experience. In my recent role I was leading the Product Design team at Licious. My career journey have given me an extraordinary learning experience with building, leading, and scaling product design teams for tech startups. (EdTech, Travel, Wellness, etc.) Challenges in setting up remarkable design teams for driving business impact through evidence-based product communication, and micro-digital experiences excite me at work. My thought leadership has evolved through a unique foundation of multi-disciplinary experiences and academic training ranging from Human-centred communication design at the National Institute of Design(India), Liberal arts and human sciences via Young India Fellowship at the Asoka University(India), and experimenting with narrative strategies using technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology (NY, USA). I love early-stage organizations, people, processes, ideas, and change. As a design leader, I care more about outcomes than output. My career thrives on the drive to create, transform and innovate.
