I also oversee the execution and delivery of innovative and customized solutions for the clients, ensuring high quality and satisfaction. I have been instrumental in securing and closing several large and strategic deals, resulting in increased revenue and market share for the bank. I have a rich and diverse background in event and marketing, spanning over seven years of experience in different industries, such as banking, media and entertainment, ed-tech, hospitality, and e-commerce. I have successfully planned, executed, and managed multiple events and campaigns, ranging from brand activations, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, to award shows and festivals. I have also developed and implemented effective marketing and sales strategies, achieving outstanding results in terms of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. I am currently enhancing my skills and knowledge in the world of management & business, by pursuing my PGDM in Business Administration and Management at IIM Shillong.
