Welcome to Dave's MySQL School!

MySQL is an incredibly powerful tool for websites that allows developers to manage large amounts of data with databases, and it's used widely across the industry. I cover a wide range of topics, including more complex topics such as joins, window functions, things that give developers that extra bump in their toolset that make them stand out from other developers.

My class takes you from knowing nothing about SQL, and taking you to that next level. Similar to my School of Python series, I have very specific teachings in topics about this language. The kind of teachings I was looking for back when i was learning. And now I'm here to share that knowledge with you.

I don't have programming experience, is this class for me?

Absolutely! MySQL is one of the easier languages to learn and get started in programming, and in fact was the very first language that I ever started that I actually explored further. And I can confidently say, it really is a beginner-friendly language to start with.

If you're new to MySQL or just new to programming in general, I am here to help you get up to speed so that you can start making use of your skills on actual websites and higher scaled database applications.
