She holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Communication Engineering, specialising in AI, from Waseda University, Japan, where she also conducted research on autonomous multi-agent systems.

With experience working in a global Japanese organisation and coordinating across multiple countries, Rashmi brings valuable first-hand insights into studying, working, and building a career in Japan, particularly for students interested in technology, engineering, AI, software, and project management.
