I’m passionate about paving the way for others—particularly those from backgrounds like my own—to thrive in the tech industry and beyond. Currently, I serve as a Product Manager at Microsoft, leading growth initiatives for Copilot. My path into technology began with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Math minor from the University of San Diego. During that time, I founded an AI startup, HBN, where I managed an 8-person team building innovative solutions for our customers. I’ve also been deeply involved with the National Society of Black Engineers, taking on leadership roles as President and on the Regional Executive Board. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring individuals who’ve landed roles at major tech companies, sharing insights on everything from career strategy to interview prep. I’m currently advising multiple startups, helping them identify their product-market fit and drive growth through human-centered design and data-driven strategies.
