He had worked with leading companies such as Dr Lal Path Labs, Pristyn Care and Policy Bazaar, where he led employment branding initiatives, sourced and hired candidates, and assisted in employee retention and development. he was also a co-founder of Debite Solution, a startup that provides online accounting services. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, with a focus on Advanced Programme Human Resource Management.
